Each cake is made up of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers buttercream, measuring 6” in height. Add a filling between the layers as well for a flavour bomb experience.

Cake Serves & Pricing Guide

Not sure how many portions you need, or what size cake you’re after? Don’t worry, we’ve got a few pointers to help you choose the right size.

How many people will actually be eating the cake? Would you like leftovers or save the top tier to enjoy at a later date? Will the cake be for display purposes only? Are you after coffee or dessert portions?

Coffee portions are half the size of a dessert portion and measure roughly 1" x 1" x 6". Dessert portions measure 2" x 1" x 6". If your event includes a three-course meal, coffee portions are usually ample. If serving the cake as a course on its own, dessert portions are advised.

Once you have an idea of portion numbers, use our guide below to help you decide on the size and budget for your cake.

6” cake ~ up to 14 dessert/28 coffee portions ~ starting from $130.00

7” cake ~ up to 20 dessert/40 coffee portions ~ starting from $150.00

8” cake ~ up to 26 dessert/52 coffee portions ~ starting from $195.00

Two tier cake (8” + 5”) ~ up to 36 dessert/72 coffee portions ~ starting from $270.00

Please keep in mind this is just a guide, and the price of your cake may differ. Extras, including custom acrylic toppers, fresh or dried flowers, macarons, edible images and/or specific designs incur an additional cost.
